Trading Legends

To trade legends the loyalty has to be 29 or lower
You need to keep attacking wilds with 1 halb/sword/arch/char (your choice) and making sure you lose the battle every time which makes the loyalty of a legend go down by 1.

However the life of a legend goes down at the same time so when you send a legend to attack and it says the legend is unfit for battle, you need to open up legend page and go to the legend and click on the then use Heal Seed, Life Potion, Renewal, SP. Renewal.

Heal Seed - recovers 30% life
Life Potion - recovers 100% life
Renewal - recovers 20 life
SP. Renewal - Recovers 50 health points

Once you have the legend's loyalty lower than 29 send it to occupy a wild with enough resources to successfully occupy but the wildland has to be near the person trying to get the legend.
Once you've occupied the wild get the other person to invade with enough troops to win and capture your legend. They can then summon the legend and its theirs
